Howdy there! I began my career as a corn-fed Iowa boy, working as a high schooler at my weekly hometown paper, the Bettendorf News and later the daily Quad-City Times in neighboring Davenport. Dedicated to my craft, I attended the Missouri School of Journalism After five consecutive semesters on the Dean’s list, I graduated and landed a picture editing internship at then St. Louis-based Sporting News Magazine. While I now call Dallas, Texas home, I am available for assignment work worldwide, from Antarctica to Dallas to Zimbabwe.
Along the way, my work has been awarded on occasion including bronze medal and a gold medal in consecutive years in the sports portfolio division of the College Photographer of the Year competition.
